Dark Orbit is a Free to Play 2D Sci-Fi Browser-based Shooter MMO. The player chooses between one of the three faction available and then partakes in space battles either against NPCs or other players in PvP. With a simple interface, a good tutorial, balanced gamplay, a developed PvP system and even crafting options, the game is good to both new and experienced players.

Dark Orbit, a sci-fi shooter, has a shocking amount of content and addicting game play considering it is a browser based game. Browser based games usually share the same boring and simple qualities.
There are three different factions that you can belong to depending on your personal preference. The three factions are at a constant war that you can contribute to. Pvp is a major element of Dark orbit. Since players begin with a large amount of money, they are able to fight equally from the beginning. You can also make a steady income from winning battles against NPC’s or live players.
The controls are extremely simple, making the combat very easy to master. The interface is easy to understand and utilize as well. Other than Dark Orbit’s lack of creative music, the game is simply fun.
